Cheltenham Design Festival II


As Communications Manager, I developed and handled the digital communications for Cheltenham Design Festivals in 2012 and 2103. I managed and edited the festival website, wrote all newsletters and managed the social media channels, including Twitter, Pinterest and Facebook. As a fledgling festival, social media played a significant role in building an audience and was also harnessed to engage other design organisations, helping to increase awareness of the festival and boost ticket sales.
