About

I have spent my career stringing words together to enlighten and inspire. This has taken many forms over the years, from publishing books and editing magazines to reaching communities through social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter, where just 140 characters can make or break you.

Everyone has a story to tell and whether you are an individual or a business there’s an audience out there. The evolution of digital communications has brought the audience closer than ever but unless your message is inspiring and engaging, it’s an opportunity missed.

My skills encompass editorial projects, copywriting, feature writing, devising and implementing social media campaigns and working with designers to create beautiful and captivating marketing campaigns both digitally and in print.

I work with a variety of clients, from businesses and charities to cultural events/festivals and individuals – what they all have in common is a story to tell and an audience ripe for engagement.

My roots lie in features and I write about photography, travel and lifestyle for a number of magazine clients. I am also currently the freelance acting editor of FRANCE Magazine; you can read more about that here.

I am a proud member of the United Nations of Photography, a collective of writers and image-makers who discuss and explore the future of lens-based media; check out the website where you can find some of my writing.
